Delta Environmental is proud to announce the recent acquisition of Mid Ark Waste, LLC. located in Bryant, Arkansas. This commercial and residential hauler is known for its excellent service and competitive pricing. The transaction went into effect on June 1st, 2011. The entire management and staff were retained and welcomed as valuable team members of Delta Environmental.
The previous owners Bob Corderick and Elizabeth Blalock have joined the corporate management team and have already provided value with their leadership and management skills.
We look forward to the increased efficiency and opportunities that this transaction will bring in the near future.

Commercial Waste Services
For our commercial and industrial customers, we supply waste containers of varying sizes to meet our customers specific needs. We also rent compactors and large open top containers. Working with our local experts, you will benefit from their extensive knowledge of the industry as we work together to determine the best waste service options including: equipment, scheduling, and disposal available in our service area.
Residential Waste Services
Our residential collection operations offer curbside automated and manual collection of general household waste for transport to transfer stations or landfills. Residential solid waste collection services are typically performed under contracts with muncipalities or on an individual subscription basis.
Landfill Services
Our landfills provide customers with environmentally safe disposal for their solid wastes, special wastes, and construction and demolition debris. Our landfills are designed, constructed, operated, and monitored to ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal Laws and regulations.
Roll-off Waste Services
Delta Environmental provides large roll-off boxes for industrial and retail businesses that generate high volumes of waste material. These customers produce large waste streams, such as pallets or plastic wrap that require a large container to handle their disposal needs.
Our company operates a large fleet of Roll-off trucks with a large inventory of collection boxes and compactors to meet your specific needs while providing efficient and cost effective service.
Transfer Station Services
Delta Environmental currently owns and/or operates multiple transfer stations that benefit its customers by concentrating the waste stream from a wider area, which increases the volume of disposal at Company owned and operated landfills and gives the Company greater leverage in negotiating for more favorable disposal rates.

Glen Eaton, President/CEO
Glen is the Chief Executive Officer/President of Delta Environmental. Glen founded what is now Delta Environmental in 1991 under the operating name of ARW, and has built the company from a one truck operation, to its current state, which includes multiple service locations, several transfer stations, and three sanitary landfills.
Tim Phillips, SVP, Landill Operations
Tim Phillips is the Senior Vice-President over Landfill Operations of Delta Environmental. Tim oversees the day to day operations of our landfills, and supervises all construction and compliance activities regarding Delta Environmental.
Bob Corderick, SVP, Hauling Operations
Bob, the newest member of Corporate Management, is the former Owner/Operator of Mid Ark LLC., which is now a running entity under Delta Environmental. Due to his prior experience, Bob oversees and manages all Hauling Operations of Delta Environmental.
Byron Neal, Senior Marketing Director
Byron is the Senior Marketing Director of Delta Environmental. Byron manages and oversees all sales personnel, marketing activities, and prepares and negotiates all governmental contracts.
Carole McClain, Controller
Carole McClain is the Controller of Delta Environmental. Carole oversees all financial expenditures within the company, as well as managing the Wynne Hauling Operation.
